In my last post: What is Marketing? – Part 2, I’ve talked about the reason why Marketing is such an exciting field. Today we’ll go on the Marketing definition.

Thus, most kinds of organization(SEO Company) need to understand marketing and use marketing technologies and SEO Technology to increase the number of “customers” that choose their options instead of others. That is why marketing is pervasive in most developed economies: There are simply too many choices that customers can make, including doing nothing. Therefore organizationa and SEO Company that want to be sustainable successes and achieve their organizational objectives cannot ignore marketing and what it can do for them.

Marketing is also very difficult. The correct decision rerely pops out of a formula such as a net present value caculation, as it might in accounting or finance. An infinite number of combinations of marketing segmentgs, positioning statements, advertising budget, SEO Services, prices, SEO Tools and other factors could make up a marketing strategyfor a product. Although most of these combinations cann be eliminated because of financial constraints, the product or services characteristics, what the competition is doing, or other reasons, the marketing manager still must consider  a large set of options. Usually there is no obvious answer.

Some of the reasons that marketing is difficult are:

♦    Unlike successful corporate financial, accountiing, or production personnel, a marketing manager cannot be successful without spending a considerable amount of time talking to customers.

♦    At the same time, customers are not always able to tell you with 100 percent accuracy what products they want.

♦    Competitors’ action are difficult to predict, particularly those of new competitors from other countries.

♦    Chnages in customer tastes and general societal trends occur frequently.

♦    Implementing strategies precisely as they are written in the marketing plan is difficult.
